The Crossroads Regional Conference in Indianapolis will be held on November 15, 2010 at the Indianapolis Marriott North. This event will bring together a collective group of learning and performance professionals from across the Midwest to network, learn and inspire – all with the shared objective of enhancing skills within the core competencies of the training profession.

• Measuring and Evaluation
Participants can show off their work and initiatives by applying for one of our regional competency awards that will be given out to the Midwest organizations that have shown success in improved learning and performance within their organization.
This event will also include a solutions marketplace to assist you finding participants, vendors and organizations that can help create paths to better performance in 2010.
